The IT help center is located in room 008 of the Information Technology Centre and is usually staffed during opening hours. Due to business requirements, it may also be unmanned, so it is recommended to make an appointment via the support hotline or to use the topic-specific office hours in the glass box (building WH-G, room 125a, 1st floor)....
