Most of the HRZ employees work here. In addition to the user consultation (IT-Helpcenter), our tasks include the maintenance of the IT infrastructure of the HTW. You will find a detailed overview of our services in our portfolio.

In addition, two computer pools, each with 13 PCs, are available to you during the opening hours of the HRZ building.

Take the S-Bahn, tram or bus to the station "S Schöneweide" or "S Schöneweide / Sterndamm". Once there, get on one of the tram lines listed below and drive to the “Ostendstraße” station. You are then right in front of the main entrance of The Spreeknie TGS Technology and Start-up Center. After crossing the building part 1a, you will find the Information Technology Centre in building 9 on your right.

• Line 60 - Direction Friedrichshagen, Altes Wasserwerk
• Line 67 - Direction Krankenhaus Köpenick, Freizeit- und Erholungszentrum or Betriebshof Köpenick

From the Treskowallee campus

Take tram line 27 in the direction of "Krankenhaus Köpenick / Südseite" to the station "Ostendstraße". After crossing the building part 1a, you will find the Information Technology Centre in building 9 on your right.

From the Wilhelminenhof campus

Ride either one station with the tram line 27, 60 or 67 towards "Friedrichshagen, Altes Wasserwerk", "Krankenhaus Köpenick", "Freizeit- und Erholungszentrum" or "Betriebshof Köpenick" or take the opportunity for a short walk in the fresh air along the tram route (approx. 5-10 min).
