As a central unite the "Information Technology Center" is the central IT service provider of the HTW Berlin. The services cover a broad spectrum from the areas of infrastructure, hardware, and software, user help desk, procurement as well as planning and implementation of IT projects of all kinds.

Network and Communication Infrastructure
Planning and operation of network infrastructure, telephony service, e-mail service, directory services and network storage.
IT support
User help desk for students, teachers and employees of the HTW. Operation of the service hotline and the IT help center.
Housing
Housing offer for the operation of IT components of the departments in our data center.
Application systems
Planning, introduction and operation of central IT application systems, e.g. for eLearning, campus management, collaboration and administration.
Content Management System
Web hosting for the HTW, operation of the web CMS, web design/web development, technical planning, and implementation of the HTW website.
