The IT support team of the Information Technology Centre (IT help center) is the first point of contact for HTW members regarding IT questions.
The IT help center telephone hotline has established itself as a well-known number in everyday HTW life: +49 30 5019-2525.
Our modern trouble ticket system (TTS) allows you to submit questions and problems to the IT help center at any time. Please use our central contact website for this. We sort the problems and assign them directly to the right persons to deal with them. The ticket system is now also used by other institutions and units of the HTW for processing inquiries.
We are responsible for the step by step tutorials of different IT topics of everyday life at the HTW Berlin.
The main location of the IT help center ist the TGS buildings at the Wilhelminenhof campus (TGS Building 9, Ostendstraße 25).
