Service Email and Hotline

For the fastest possible assistance, also from a distance, besides the services, applications and infrustructure provided by the Information Technology Centre, we operate a ticket system and a service hotline for you. You can reach the Information Technology Centre as follows:

On Site Support

In some cases, it may make sense or be necessary to use our local support. We warmly welcome you during the respective office hours and are happy to take care of your concerns on site.
