Lan (wired network) with macOS 10.11
Requirements for use
- You have a Mac computer with an up-to-date Mac OS X installation.
- You have administrator rights.
- Your Mac must automatically obtain an IP address (DHCP).
Step 1: Connect the LAN cable
Connect the Mac with the LAN cable.
Step 2: Enter your HTW account data
Enter your HTW account data.
„@htw-berlin.de” should also be entered here.
Complete the entry with "OK".

Step 3: Connection established
The connection has been successfully established if you get an IP address starting with "141.45." and if you are authenticated.
To check, open the "System settings" and then click on "Network".
