Setting Up myPrint
On the page myprint.htw-berlin.de, you have the option to upload documents for printing. You can also send documents via email to myprint@htw-berlin.de to retrieve them at the printer. It's important to configure your profile on myPrint.
Log in to myPrint
Log in at the page myprint.htw-berlin.de. The page can only be accessed at HTW Berlin or via VPN. Sign in with your HTW account. External users have the option to create an account for myPrint at HTW Berlin by selecting "Create Account."
My Profile on myPrint
Go to "My Profile"
There you have the following options:
- Print Settings
- Change Card ID
- Manage Email Addresses
- Print History
- Delete your myPrint Account
In Print Settings, you have the option to set basic preferences for printing. In Print History, you can view your past print jobs through myPrint. If you no longer wish to use myPrint, you can delete your account.
Store Card ID
To use myPrint, you must link your print jobs to your StudentCard/MensaCard. For this, you need to enter the Studierendenwerk card number. If you receive a new StudentCard or MensaCard, you will need to update the number here accordingly.
Store Email Addresses
You can use myPrint to send documents to the printing system via email. You can register up to 5 addresses for this purpose. As a student at HTW Berlin, it would be convenient to use your university email, for example, s0000001@htw-berlin.de. Your alias address, Firstname.Lastname@Student.HTW-Berlin.de, is automatically associated with your myPrint account. However, you can also register your private email address.
When a new email address is added, a verification email will be sent to that address. After verification, documents can be sent from this account to myprint@htw-berlin.de.
