Renew Easyroam-certificate on iOS
Step 1: Connect device to the internet
Establish any internet connection that is NOT eduroam itself (e.g. mobile data, home WiFi).
Step 2: Start the easyroam app
Open the easyroam app and click “Manage” under your device’s eduroam profile.
Hint: If you no longer have the easyroam app installed, please use our instructions for setting up easyroam for the first time.
Step 3: Request a new certificate
Then click on “Request new”.
Step 4: click "Join"
In the following window, click “Join”.
Step 4: Check the validity period of the certificate
Based on the date under “Valid until:” you should see that the new certificate is now valid for 7 months.
