Quick guide

In our account portal you can adjust your HTW e-mail address. This includes:

• Setup of an e-mail forwarding. The scope of the forwarding options is differentiated as follows:

1. Employees/professors*: Forwarding to an internal HTW e-mail address is possible (additionally a copy remains in the HTW mailbox)
2. Students/lecturer: Forwarding to an external e-mail address is possible (one copy remains in the HTW mailbox)

• Configuration of an absence notice, e.g. if you are on vacation
• Definition of valid sender addresses as spam protection (abuse protection)
