Notes on occupancy

Table of contents

What is important?

After you have registered with your HTW-Account at LSF, you have access to your personal timetable, lists of participants for your events and much more. In the following sections we explain the available options in more detail. We have made some functionalities available for you in the upper right corner.

1. Registration Numbers

Under "My registration numbers" you will get an overview of the allocation of places for your events. Depending on the phase (see dates) in which the registration process is, you will see the number of registrations or the number of accepted (=admissions) and rejected registration requests. For more information (e.g. names, lists for working with Excel) click on the +i icon.

2. Events

Use "My Courses" to get a list of your courses. The list contains information about appointments and rooms. By clicking on the course title, you can call up further details on the course, registration numbers, lecturer schedules, etc.

3. iCal export

This link offers you the possibility to download or subscribe to your deployment plan.

4. Timetable

With "My timetable" you can see your work schedule, whereby you can choose between individual weeks and a semester view. With plan view or list view you determine how much detail is displayed.

5. Overview of teaching obligations

This option is intended for you as personal information. It does not replace the declaration of commitment to teach, which permanent teachers must submit at the end of the semester.

Other useful information about occupancy

In all individual views of courses, you can get detailed information on the enrollment via the link "Registration numbers". The number of places is determined by your department (see Frequently Asked Questions). Special information takes you to a list of students for this course. Depending on the phase of the occupancy process (see dates), an occupancy request can be registered, permitted or rejected.
