Windows 10 Troubleshooting

Note

If the connection to the "eduroam" WLAN can no longer be established (e.g. after changing the password), it usually helps to delete the old configuration and then establish a new connection. The following three steps describe how to delete the existing "eduroam" configuration.

If it is necessary to set up Eduroam manually, you will find instructions for doing so in the following article.

Step 1: Access WLAN settings

Call up the "WLAN settings" program via Windows search.
