You can manage, create and edit files & folders in the HTW cloud. Files can be easily uploaded to the cloud via drag & drop. You also have the possibility to share these files and folders with other users.

You also have the option to share files with external persons, if this is necessary to fulfill tasks that arise from your studies or business affairs. In this case a password protection is necessary for sharing.

There are several options available for sharing a file / folder:

• HTW internal sharing
  • This sharing option allows you to select one or more HTW members to share
• Share with external people
  • This sharing option allows you to specify one or more external e-mail addresses to share. This option requires password protection
• Share via a link
  • With this sharing option, you can generate a link and distribute it further. This option requires password protection
