If you belong to a faculty, the relevant lab engineer can assign your devices to a departmental network by providing them with the MAC addresses of your devices. This has the advantage that you do not need to configure anything further on your devices and may be able to access services of your faculty that are only reachable from certain networks. A list of the responsible lab engineers can be found on the HRZ website in the "Responsibilities" box on the right side.

On the HTW Berlin campus, both the Eduroam Wi-Fi and the wired network are available. Members of HTW Berlin, as well as visitors from institutions that are part of the eduroam network, can use it. Conversely, HTW members can automatically use the LAN at all participating institutions of the eduroam network.
