Retrieve and edit completed teaching or exam accounting form
Quick guide
Open the pre-filled teaching or exam accounting form at account.htw-berlin.de Edit your accounting by adding or deleting dates to reflect your actual teaching. Then submit the form to the selected organizational unit by clicking the "Prüfungsabrechnung im [organizational unit] einreichen" button.
Step by step guide
Retrieve lecturer billing
Open your personal teaching statement or exam statement in the account portal. Make sure to enter the correct semester and your organizational unit.
If required: Add dates
The accounting contains all event dates that are organized via the LSF. Please add course dates that have not been booked there in the form directly at the end of the respective course. To do so, click on + and add the new line. Your changes will be highlighted in color.
If required: Change dates
If you want to change the data for a teaching unit, please click on the pencil icon at the end of the line of the appointment. You now have the possibility to edit all relevant data by clicking into the respective text fields (date, teaching times, number of lessons, group, remarks). When you have made the desired changes, confirm the changes by clicking on the disk icon at the end of the edited line.
If required: cancel dates
Deleting appointments may be necessary in two situations:
- the cancellation or postponement of an event has not been posted in LSF.
- you want to make a partial settlement and therefore delete the appointments that have already been settled or that are not yet to be settled.
You delete an appointment by clicking on the trash can button of the corresponding line. The deletion will be marked and will be included in the time accounting.
Enter teaching units for the course
Now enter each teaching unit of this course into the table. With the garbage can button you can delete the teaching unit in this row. With the + button you can add another teaching unit.
When you have entered, corrected and checked all teaching units again, please check all course details in the course overview.
Send form
In order to send the accounting, please use the section Send teaching accounting or Exam accounting. To do this, you must first confirm your details and indicate whether you receive a regular salary from HTW Berlin. This answer to this question is pre-filled based on your assignment and should be kept under normal circumstances.
